My Nude Aqua shower head came with a spare rubber ring, where do I place this?
The extra black rubber ring should be placed on top of the shower hose before attaching your new Nude Aqua showerhead.
This helps ensure a secure and leak-free connection.
Does the shower head enhance water pressure and flow?
Our filtered shower head optimises water pressure 3.5 times greater than well branded shower heads, all while saving up to 47% of water usage.
How long does the filter last?
Depends on shower frequency and hardness of your water. For specific details, please refer to our product page.

How long will delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days of purchase. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
