Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

Please allow some time for tracking to update after your parcel has been collected by the carrier.

Delivery Delays

Once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Nude Aqua cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Returned to Sender

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
