Warranty Coverage
Nude Aqua provides a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase on non-consumable products only, including the handheld shower head.
This warranty covers manufacturing or material defects that cause the product to fail under normal household use.
Consumable items, including filters, refill cartridges, and replacement filters, are not covered under this warranty, except where the item arrives faulty or damaged.
If a filter arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
What This Warranty Covers
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Nude Aqua will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product with the same or equivalent item
- Offer a refund where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover issues caused by:
- Incorrect installation or failure to follow instructions
- Misuse, neglect, abuse, or unauthorised modification
- Normal wear and tear
- Use of incompatible or third-party accessories
- Environmental damage, accidents, or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
- Costs associated with removal, reinstallation, or access
- Consumable items and accessories, including filters, seals, fittings, and bonus items
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, please contact hello@nudeaqua.com with:
- Proof of purchase
- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting photos or videos where applicable

Please do not return any items without prior authorisation from our team. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Nude Aqua reserves the right to request the return of a product for inspection before proceeding with a warranty assessment. We are not responsible for return shipping costs associated with unauthorised returns.
The determination of whether a product fault is covered under this warranty will be made by Nude Aqua in accordance with this policy.
